What better way to remember the nation's 250th birthday, than to ride/walk your bike with other club members in the Historic Yorktown Fourth of July parade. Wear your PBA-America250 jersey and bring your bike. helmet. two water bottles and celebrate Independence Day in Yorktown. The parade starts a 9 AM.
Brief: 07:30 AM, after which Sandy Butler will lead us to the staging area at the Yorktown Beach Picnic Area.
Location: York General District Court parking lot, 300 Ballard St, Yorktown, VA
Parade route is along Water St to Ballard St and then down Main St to the Yorktown Victory Monument and viewing stand. Bring the family to the parade with you.
Please bring two full water bottles, while the parade itself is not long the total time involved calls for hydration breaks.
