The Peninsula Bicycling Association (PBA) is a bicycle touring and social club for people of all ages. Club cycling is the best way to get into riding on a regular basis, meet other cyclists, and learn about equipment, riding techniques, and the best places to ride on and off the Peninsula. Serving Newport News, Hampton, York County, James City County, Williamsburg, Isle of Wight County, Gloucester, Surry County and Mathews Virginia.

PBA is affiliated with The League of American Bicyclists (LAB), the national organization of bicyclists. The club also shares activities and routes with other neighboring clubs. PBA offers rides, both road and off-road, in Hampton, Newport News, Williamsburg, York County, James City County, and off the Peninsula in areas such as Smithfield, Surry, Isle of Wight County, Gloucester and Mathews. The rides range from slow, short and easy with lots of stops to long, fast-paced rides recommended only for the well-conditioned, experienced cyclist. In other words, there is something for everyone.
